Congratulations on your very special day! As a humanist celebrant, I'm thrilled to join you in celebrating this magical moment in your life. Together, we will create a heartfelt ceremony that reflects your love and commitment.
I'm a registered marriage officer with the Fuze Foundation - so I am legally authorised to marry you under the 'Marriage Act (Scotland) 1977 - which means your ceremony isn't just heartfelt, it's bespoke and uniquely you - it's also official.
Your marriage will be legally binding, while your love story gets all the celebration it deserves.
Based in North Lanarkshire, I cover all of Scotland - conducting ceremonies in some of the most beautiful parts of the country.
What style of Humanist Celebrant am I?
Well, I'm the one waving my ceremony folder - 'cause I can't wait to tell your story!
I'm the one laughing with your gran, calming those last minute nerves, and making sure your flower girl doesn't eat the confetti! - it does happen you know!
I write stories. I tell stories - your stories. The ones that make your friends cry and your guests chuckle. The ones that feel authentically like you. I'm here to help create a little bit of magic. Hold the moment still. Be your special day cheerleader. And make sure your forever starts here.
I invest in my couples, which means I'll get to know you in the lead up to your wedding. I'm here to do more than 'just' marry you, I'm here to support that beautiful journey that gets you there. And deliver a ceremony that has just the right touch of emotion or humour (or both!) - meaning it will be a ceremony that feels completely right for you.
My aim is to help you be as relaxed as you possibly can be going into your special day - while encouraging you to embrace those beautiful butterflies - rather than worry about them. Nerves will be there but I assure you - having been there myself! - that is it one of the best feelings you'll ever experience - and when you join hands at the bottom of that aisle, all that nervousness will disappear.
