Ceremonies that I do
These are the ceremonies that I offer - each one crafted with care, love, authenticity and personal meaning. Whether you're celebrating love or honouring a life, I design ceremonies that are truly reflective of you.

Legal Humanist Wedding Ceremonies and Elopements
One of the most special days of your life. The day you marry the one you love. It's a fairytale. A dream come true. A day of memories. A day to remember.

A Humanist Ceremony gives you the flexibility to create something that is special, unique and meaningful while saying 'I do' with wedding vows chosen entirely by you.

Working together, we will bring your ceremony vision to life and create something that is bespoke to you.
There is one legal aspect to your ceremony that we have to do under Scots Law, but I will keep you guided with this. Everything else, is by your own design.

All wedding scripts are drafted for your approval, prior to your special day.
Nothing says I love you more
than 'I do'

Non-Legal Ceremonies and Vow Renewals
Whether you've been married for one week, one year, 10 years or multiple decades, renewing your vows is a simply wonderful way to honour your relationship and recommit to your spouse.

Like all Humanist ceremonies, Renewal of Vows/Celebration of Vows/Affirmation of Vows is a deeply personal and bespoke ceremony focusing on the love and the life that you have with your other half.

Include all the things you loved about your wedding ceremony or design a ceremony that reflects the couple you are now. It's also great for couples who have legally married elsewhere but want to celebrate their vows in Scotland.
Remember, it's a ceremony that is unique to you. It's your love story after all!

And like all Humanist ceremonies, all scrips are drafted for your approval, prior to your special day.

Funerals and Celebration of Life
Losing someone you love is a deeply emotional and difficult time, one filled with grief and mourning.

Humanist funeral ceremonies can be as simple or as intricate as you want it to be. It's a ceremony that can bring great comfort to you knowing that you can create a personal tribute to celebrate the life of the person you have lost.

Working closely together, we will ensure that we capture their life, their personality and their character. That we share the special, happy and fun memories that you have of them.

We can look at poetry, readings, music and anything else that may have a personal significance while ensuring that you are completely happy with the script prior to the day.

It's one of the most hardest things to do, saying goodbye, but a humanist ceremony can ensure you do that in the most personal and dignified way.
